Shipping Policy

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.

  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select pin codes).

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen courier delays.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

  • For remote or restricted areas, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with a “Final Sale” label.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at support@mybookshelfs.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location or guide you through the return shipment.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate the new product you’d like.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Exchanged products will be deliverd  in 5 to 7 days.
